Sir Joseph Ward stated at Winton tonight that lie proposed to have established shortly a new system for tho payment of money orders by the Post Office, by which that Department' would send out money to tho houses of working men or others by letter-carriers. Under this proposal, for example, a man in the country, wishing to send money to his wife would bo üble, by giving directions to tho Post Office, to have the money delivered to her direct. This system had great possibilities and would meet a real want.
