SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for increasing and Giiually westerly winds everywhere. Unsettled and cloudy weather with rain probable on tho Wost Coast, and in tho southern districts. Changeable weather probable elsewhere, with showers in parts. The barometer is unsteady, and a further fall is anticipated. Stronpr westerly winds have obtained the predominance to-day. «catLicr Has prevailed on the amisouthern districts of the South Island, and loeni showers in parti elsewhere.
