Dissolve tho gelatine in two tablespoonfuls of tho water the figs were stewed in, and strain it to tho custard. Chop tho figs finely, and add them to the custard. When the mixture is inst going to set pour it into a wet mould, and leave until cold. Turn out and servo alone or with custard sauce poured round. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds steak, 2 sheep's kidneys, pastry, green peas, strawberry jam.
