HOLY WAR PREACHED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrlcht Cairo, November 2. Anti-European riots in Alexandria resulted in two hundred arrests. Many Christians were wounded. lour Italians and two natives aro reported to have been killed. Tho mosques in Cairo wcro illuminated and a holy war preached. The police cleared the streets. Forty arrests were mado in Cairo.
MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. BLUEJACKETS LANDED. (Rec. November i, 0.20 a.m.) Cairo, Novembor 3. MaTtial law has, been proclaimed at Alexandria. Tho cruiser Lancaster has landed 200 men.
