(Specially written for Titb Dominion.) FRIDAY. Boiled 6sh. Shrimp sauce. Potatoes. • French pancakes. Checso pastry. FRENCH PANCAKES. Tiro ounces flour, 0110 ounco butter, two eggs, two ounces sugar, half-pint milk, Beat the butter to a cream. Beat in tho Hour, sugar, yolks of egg awl milk. Beat well. Let it stand two hours before cooking, then mix the whites, beaten stiffly. Bake for 20 minutes ill well-but-tered saucers. Ple.ce the puddings one on top of tho other, so ns to make, ono pudding, spreading apricot jam between.
FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds mutton cutlets, ono tin tomatoes, cabbage, rhubarb, suet.
FOR SUNDAY. Stock, sirloin of beof, green peas, oranges, fruit, pastry.
• FOR SUPPER. Beetroot, mayonnaise, chicken, . pinoapple, gelatine.
