ME. ROBERTSON AT LEVIN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Levin, November 2. Mr, J. Robertson, Labour candidate for the Otaki electorate, addressed the electors of Levin last evening. He favoured Labour legislation, and especially legislation to prevent speculation in lands. Questioned as to how he would voto on a no-confidcnco motion, ho said that he would certainly vote against the present Government. If ho were satisfied wi£h them, he would not be standing. That, however, did not mean to say that he would support Mr. Massey. The candidate received a voto of thanks and confidence, no dissentient votes being given.
