FALSE TRADE DESCRIPTIONS. {Sy Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrijht (Rec. November 2, 10 p.m.) London, November 2. The Board of Agriculture, in response to the representations of Sir John Tavener, Agent-General for Victoria, regarding tho uso of false trade descriptions with regard to colonial butter, declares that it is prepared to inquiro into specific eases with a view to proceedings under the Merchandise Marks Act.
