Riddell, S.M.) _Two first-offending inebriates wero.convicted and discharged. Another mantechnically a first offender, though recently released from tho Inebriates' Home at Pakatoa—was fined 20s. Donald Campbell, who failed to appear to answer a charge of drunkenness, was ordered to pay 20s. J. W. Tonks was fined an equal amount for being drunk and disorderly.
