CHOLERA IN INDIA.
OUTBREAK IN A REGIMENT. By Telegraph—l'rcsa Association—Copyrieht Calcutta, October 31. Cholera has broken out among the men of the Royal Scots and Lothian Regiments in tho cantonment at Benares. There liavo been eighteen cases, fivo of which proved fatal in twenty-four hours.
