CANADA'S NAVY.
A EEFEBENDUM PEOPOSED. By TelesTapn-Press Association--Copyrishi Ottawa, October 30. Tho Borden. Cabinet is considering the edvisableness of holding a referendum on the navy question. It is believed that Quebco will accedo to this mothod of eolving the question.
The Government proposes to ask for now tenders for warships. The original Nuvy Bill asked for tenders for vessels of the Bristol class, but such vessels are now becoming obsolete.
