LIVE STOCK SALES.
Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:—On Monday, v.*c held a most successful sale of dairy stock for Mr. P». AY. Taylor at Shannon. The cows were a very choice lot. aiul buy-ere were present from all parts of the district. The herd, with the exception of three unsound cows, sold from £8 15s. to £15 l£s., making the fine average of £10 10s.; heifers, £5; Shorthorn bull, £8; weancrs, 245. sd. to 255.; trap mare, £25; pijs, milk-cans, etc., sold at good prices.
