LORD ONSLOW'S FUNERAL.
A MEMORIAL SERVICE. —j By Telegraph—Pro3s Association—Copyright London, October 27. Lord Herschell (a Lord-in-Waiting, representing the King), tho Marquis of Crewe (Secretary of State for India), Lord Cromer, the Marquis of Lansdowne, Mr. John Burns (President' of the Local Government Board), and Lord Ilalsbury attended a memorial service to the late Lord Onslow at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster. The interment took place at Guildford. Sir William Hall-Jones (High Commissioner for New Zealand) -was among the mourners. Tho pall was a Maori rug sent by Maoris in London. (Rec. October 29, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 28. The King and Queen and the Prime Minister of Now Zealand, Sir Joseph Ward, sent messages of condolence to the late Lord Onslow's relatives. Tho wreaths received included one from the New Zealand Government and one from Mrs. Seddon.
