THE "DAILY HAIL" CTJP. The secretary of the Wellington Suburbs liii'le Club, which was adjudged the winner of the "Daily Jtail" Etupiro Day Siatch in May last, has just received a letter from Air. Kvelyn French, organising secretary of tho competition, addressed from Carmelite House, London, and dated September 11 last, informing him that the prizes won by ilio team in connection with this year's "Daily ilail" Kmpiro Day riilo eontett will reach him shortly after receipt of tho letter. They are as follow:—
Two hundred guinea Challenge Cup, to be held lor one year, and to bo returned by September i. I'M'.!. Fifty-guinea Challenge Cup, which tho Wellington Suburbs L'efenco Rille Club has won outright. Light silver medals, to bo presented to the members of the team.
