NEW MEXICAN REVOLT.
LARGE FORCE MENACING CAPITAL. Br Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Mexico City, October 26. A new rebellion is starting in Mexico. A largo forco is reported to bo menacing too capital. The situation is described as of equal gravity with the anti-Diaz rising. Federal troops have been engaged in the southern provinces, where there is much disorder. News of a battle is expected every moment. Other reports indicato that a battle has already begun, and that thero has boon a loss of eighty lives. The rebels havo sacked the town of Miltaalta,
