MR. FLETCHER AT ARO STREET.
Mr. R. Fletcher addresjed the electors of Wellington Central at the Aro Street Schoolroom last evening, Mr. C. Foster occupying tho chair. Tho candidate spoke generally on tho lines of his main address at the Town Hall last week, but dealt rather more fully with railway matters. lie conmared the New Zealand
railways with Hie Victorian lines, to tho advantage of the Xow Zealand system, both as regards the actual working and the amount paid to wage-earuprs. In his opinion, the ilou. ,1. A.
