The refusal "f the registrar was on the ground that the transferee was barml by Section 193 of the Native. Land Act, 1000. as it exceeded acres. The objection was not that the land could not be transferred to Fnllon, but that it could not be trausferred to anyone.

Tlin Full Court by a majority decision (Justices Edwards and Chapman for, mid Sir Kohort Slont) ordered the. registrar in ropistpr (he transfer. The rrmvn npliealcd. Mr. J. AV.
