Although the commission which has been inquiring into tho causo of tlio explosions on tho battleship Liberto has not reported, tho authorities at Toulon have becu ordered to throw into tho sea seventy-one tons of tho "B" powder, which is alleged to have wrecked both the Liberte and tho Jena. The powder destroyed is valued at ,£21,000. Several acts of Eabotage have- been reported aboard the battleship Mirabean, including the crippling of the mechanism for flooding the vessel's magazine.
