COMPENSATION COURT. Mr. Justice Sim presided nt a sitting of the Compensation Court yosterday, Messrs. J. C. M'Kerrow and Geo. H. Scales sitting with him as arsessors. The cafe of Gosse and Burt v. the llutt Borough Council which had been adjourned ('o enable the Borough Council to construct (he desired access to Gosse and Burl's properly, was culled and it was stated that this had been done satisfactorily. As the matter was being ..settled privately the Court mado no award for compensation and no order for costs. Mr. F. G. Bolton appeared for Gosso and Burt and Mr. A. W. Blair for tlio Borough Council.
