Tlio annual general meeting of the New Zealand Institute of Architects ("Wollinfrton branch) was hold at the branch rooms, Customhouse Quay, yesterday. _ A largo amount of business of a technical nature ] was gone through, besides the general wm-lc undertaken by the branch (luring the last yeawn. The followiiiß were elected office-bearers for 1911 to 10121—President, Mr. G. G. Schwartz; vice-president, Sir. Wm. Cricliton, F.R.1.8.A.; lion, secretary, Mr. James P. Nicoll, M.C.I. (reelected); lion, treasurer, Mr. Blake; committee, Messrs. Chariesworth, Lawrence, Bennie, Swan, Pent}-, Bacon; auditors, Messrs. E. I' 1 . Bacon,i A.K.1.8.A., and ,T. Bennie (re-electcd); delegates to institute, Messrs. Chatfield, Chariesworth, Lawrence,, Blake, Criclitou, and the president: entertainment committee, Messrs. Chai'lewortli. Prnty. and Swan; students' committee, Messrs. Greenish, Lawrencc, 1 >:icoti, and Callender. A hearty vote of thanks was extended to the retiring president (Mr. Charleswortli), and also the hon. secretary.
