Sinking funds on converter station, power station, lighting elation, and distributing system would have to bo arranged lor; also depreciation on the converter station and distributing system. As for the scheme, he believed that Wellington presented advantages over other cities, but unless Wellington could pet current at a price whieih would allow (hem to scrap their whole concern, moot other matters, nml at tho same time roduco the price, tho council would not consider it.
