■ 4 By Teleffrapa-Prcsj Association—Oonyrhrht Sydney, October 19. Tho Philatolio Congress resolved to moot every second year. A committee of experts has been formed to deal with suspected forgeries. Mrs. Kenderdino won tho prize for tho best collection of New Zealand stamps. Tho Congress decided to adopt a system of insuranco of parcels of valuable stamps transmitted through tho post, and to ask the British and Now Zealand Governments to act similarly.
