The Labour Bills Committee has taken "voluminous evidence" ou tho Workers' Compensation Bill, which it recommends should bo allowed to proceed with amendments made in it by the Committee. Ono of the amendments recommended is that Section i of the principal Act bo. amended by repealing paragraph Baud substituting the following:— (b) If tho worker does not leavo any total dependents, but leaves any partial dependents.
