THE "PERCY BULLER MEMORIAL." The following letter from Mr. W. Leo Bnller was read at tho Hospital Board meeting yesterday:— "My sister and I are anxious, if wo aro able so to do, to endow a l>cd in memory of our Into brother, tho late Mr. Porcv Bnller, who was well known in Wellington, ami had many years of suffering here. Will you be kind enough to let mo know what such a iremorial would co»t, and if the sum of JCfiOO would bo insufficient for that purpose what sum might do for tho purpose in some other way to form a 'Percy Bul'nr Memorial.' As I am loavin.i for England in a fortnight's timo, 1 should be obliged if you would give mo a.a early reply. (Signed)
