NEW ZEALAND OFFICERS SELECTED. It is understood thai Captain G. S. Richardson, at present attached to tho New Zealand General Staff at Headquarters, and Captain M. 51. Gardiner, of theWellington Detachment of the Royal New Zealand Artillery, Alexandra Barracks, have qualified by examination for a course of instruction at Camborley Staff College, and will leave for England' sbortlv. This is the first year in which tho Dominion has been privileged to send two officers to Cambcrloy, and the first occasion upon which a condition of the privilege has been that the entrants shall have passed a qualifying examination, thus making the individual merit of candidates tho solo basis of selection.
