Tho c-ngineers slopped about twentv, but the r»t galloped wildly down tho road into Slough. Several were caught, and three police officers and a. sergeant of the engineers mounted and pursued (ho runaways, eight of which were rounded up after a great chase. On<; hone received a cut on ono of its fetlocks and another a cut on the head. A soldier had his thumb broken and another injured an arm.
