PROPOSAL TO SELL OUT.
(By Tclceraph — SDoeiaJ Corresnondnnt.l Wanganui, October 14. A special meeting of the AYanganni Meat Freezing Company will be hekl next Saturday to consider the following notice of motion by Mr. C. L. Duigan:— "That, providing a purchaser can bo found for the company's assets and business as a going concern, at a price which (after providing for all liabilities) will produce a sum sufficient to return to the fhareholdej'.s at least the par value of their shares, the shareholders consider such sale desirable, and authorise same."
