They threaten they will precipital'e a general strike in' tho service. MINIMUM WAGE FOR RAILWAY WORKERS. Perth, October 13. The Labour Government has raised tho minimum wage of all railway workers to nine shillings per day. MOUNT LYELL STRIKE. Melbourne, October 13. Operations at tho Mount Lyell Mine have been suspended until September 23 owing to the strike.
