THE ARSEN.AL CAPTURED. REVOLT SPREADING RAPIDLY. Peking, October 12. The revolutionary movement ia tlio Yangtse-kiang provinces is spreading rapidly. . The insurgents in Hupeh have eapturel Hanyang, including the arsenal, and t'ho Government ironworks. Tho latter omploys KOO liands, including many European superintendents. Its products competo tuecessfully with tho steel trust in tho American market. Six thousand troops at Hankau have mutinied. During a fight that followed 250 Manchus were killed. Tho Sze-Chuan insurgents have occupied. ; Sui-fu,.and hold,,.tho. country west of tho Min River, between Kiating-fu and Kwanhsien. Tho missionaries at Wuchang in Hupeh are safe. The Minister for War, with tiro army divisions, also warships, has been ordered to proceed to Wuchang.
