One pound Hour, half pound one teaspooaful biking 1 pwdor, a pinch of ea.lt, milk to mix, raspberry jam. Sift tho flour, salt and baking powder into a basin, shred and chop tho suet, and mis it with tho flour. Mis to a stiff pai>t3 with milk. Roll out atout half an inch thick, spread jam over it, roll up, tie in a pudding cloth, and boil two hours and a half. FOR TO-MORROW. Carrots, stock, pastry, tiro pounds loin of mutton, cauliflower, rhubarb. FOR SUNDAY. Stock, hindquarter of lamb, mint, asparagus, oranges, gelatin©. SUPPER. Lobster, puff pastry, salad, chocolate cream, stale bread, jam.
