The last official act performed by Earl Grey, the roriring Governor-General of Canada, was to swear in tho members of tho new Bordon Cabinet. Immediately after tho administration of the oath his Excellency left by special train to embark at Montreal on his turn to England. The new Ministry goes to Quebec to Iw present at tho arrival of the !>■ of Connangbt, the new Govcrnor-Gon-oral, who reaches Canada on Friday.
