FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications aro for rising easterly and northerly wind 3, warm and hazy weather, to be followed by increasing cloudiness and a change in conditions to unsettled weather generally. The barometer will probably fall Bteadily everywhere, and low in tho south after about twenty-four hours. Anti-cyclonio conditions have prevailed, with moderate and variable winds. . Hodgo stated Tompcraturo in shade: maximum 67deg., minimum J6deg., mean 51.5deg.; earth radiation, 29deg., being 3deg. of frost; earth tompcraturo (ft. below surface), 54,2deg.; wind, light breeze, N.E.; weather, warm day. .
