TO-DAY'S DINNER
(Specially written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. Whito Sago. Soup. Curried Mince. , Potatoes. Stewed Celery. Lemon Sago. LEMON SAGO. One small cup of sago, 1 pint of water, l-ciip of sugar, 1 grated lemon, 1 or 2 yolks of eggs. , Havo the pint of water boiling, wash the tago well, and put it in the water. Boil until clear, ■ stirring nil the time. 'JVn add sugar, grated lemon rind, and juice. Boat'the volks well and stir them into the sago. Pour iuto a glass dish, and when cold whip tho whites to a very stiff froth. Sweeten and flavour, add ; 2 tahlespoonfuls of whipped. cream, and pile on top of tho sago. I'or plain lemon sago leave out tho eggs, and set the mixturo in a mould. FOR TO-MORROW. «lb Neck of Mutton. Pearl Barley. Parslev. 21b. Steak. Suet. . "Eggs. Apples.
