TEE HOSTILITY IN BRITAIN.

The General Federation of Trad" Unions has issued a circular declaring that the hostility of the trade unions to tho Government has been manufactured by interested parties successfully invol ing Government aid to defeat the workers It ridicules the 'Conciliation Board? and says if State interference is permit it will be difficult to 6tem the capitalistic tendencies. Much of the recent disorder was tho outcome of inconsiderate at by the Government which was flurried by unscrupulous politicians. The Government,' it is declared, contemplates . a dangerous. enlargement of ita functions, and every union is urged to send a protest to tho Cabinet.
