TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Vegetable Soup. Baked Breast •of Mutton. Potatoes. Cabbage. Eioo Flummery. SUNDAY. Artichoke Soup. Boast Beef. Yorkshire Pudding, Baked Potatoes. Caulk flower. Sponge. Custard. Stewed Fruit. SUPPER. Cold Bcof. Mould of Sheep's Tongues. Salad. Egg Jolly, lihubarb Shape, Cream. MOULD OF SHEEP'S TONGUES. Fivo or sis fresh tongues, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 2-pint stock, loz. gelatine, pepper and salt to taste. Cook the tongues until tho skin conies off easily—four or five hours. Skin them, and cut them in half lengthways. Wet a bowl or mould with cold water, decorate with slices of egg, put in tho tongues a.nd tho rest of the egg sliced; melt tho gelatine in tho stock, season, and pour over tho tongues. Turn out when cold, nuil garnish with slices of tomato and fresh parsley.
