It consists of Mr. Justice Gordon, of South Australia (chairman); Mr. HinckcMc, secretary of tho Australian Labour Federation; Mr. M. Anderson, of Sydney, representing tho shipping intcrests; Mr. Shannon, representing tho eanc-growcre; and Mr. Crawford, president of faho Sugar Producers' Association. They will inquire into all phases of the question.
