HOME RULE BILL.
FREE UIFT TO IRELAND.

It is reported in Dublin that the Homo Rule Bill, which, it is said, will bo introduced next April, will provide for a gift of ten million pounds to start the now Parliament.
The Government's chief difficulty relate to the Irish members' attendance, at Westminster.
Mr. A. Lyttelton (ono-fcime Secretary for tho Colonies), speaking at a Unionist demonstration at Selkirk, and discussing Homo Rule, said that so long as they bad the opportunity for full and fair dehate they should rely on argument and not resort to menaces or force.
