Mr. Winston Ghurchill, Home Secretary, addressing his constituents at Dundco, declared that it was no good pretending that Liberalism was Socialism. Tho latter attacked capital, while tho former attacked tho abuses of monopoly. Dundee is a two-member seat, represent e<l by Mr. Churchill and Mr. A. Wilkie (Labour). »fr. Churchill in his 6pcecb advised his constituents to run a second Liberal against tho Labour member at the next election. LABOUR PARTY'S VIEWS. BEADY FOR THE FEAT. . Mr. C. W. Bowerman, Labour member for Deptford, says Mr. Churchill's declaration, is important, and tho Labour party executive must tako cognisance of it. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, chairman of the Labour party, declared that if tho Dundee Liberals want two candidates let them got them. Labour had defeated them befoTe, and would do so again. Mr. Phil Snowden, Labour M.P. for Blackburn, eaid the party had had no right to complain of Liberal opposition. Mr. G. Clynes, Labour M.P. for NorthEast Manchester, said if tho Liberals adopted Mr. Churchill's attitude there would be reprisals. :
