DISTURBANCES IN PERSIA.
BRITISH TROOPS DISPATCHED. Dy Telegraph—Press Association-OoprrighJ Calcutta, October 1. Owing to continued disturbances iu Southern Persia, tho necessity has arisen of strengthening tho escorts at tho Consulates with Indian cavalry.
A force will shortly bo embarked from here. It will bo divided between Bardar Abbas, Bam, and Korninn. Tho 39th Central Indian Horso is also embarking. It will bo distributed between Bushire, Shiraz, and Ispahan.
