CHEERING BULLETINS. There- has been an unusual amount of illness among members of Parliament this session, chiefly in the form of influenza and kindred complaints. Tho bad ventilation of the Houso is freely blamed for tho trouble. Sir Joseph Ward is reported to be making a good recovery from his bronchial attack, but is not expected to bo ablo to resume his political duties tonday. Mr. A. W. Hogg, who is lying iU in Wellington, is somewhat better, and should be able to return homo in a few days. Sir. P. Mander, who has been dangerously ill, as a result of going back to tho House too scon after an attack of influenza, is now well on tho way to recovery.
