Three reserved judgments will bo delivered by Hie Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) at 10 o'clock this morning. These are:—Henuah and Jackson v. Carroll; All On v. Cum'ming; and Minister for Customs v. Koss and Olendining.

Wright, M.P., asked tho minister for Education yesterday whether he was awaro that the accommodation at the Kintoul Street School was taxed to its wrtreme limit, and that pupils, in eontet[uence, had been refused admission: if to. how did he propose to meet the difficulty? The Minister replied lhat ho was not "aware- of the condition being as stated, and that tho Education Beard had made no representation on the subject. Mr. Wright said the statement ho had made iv;is absolutely correct. At least one hundred young children living in the vicinity were wanting to attend this school. It w.'is very inconvenient for parents to send children of tender years to more disfaut schools.

Answering a question by Mr. Jennings in Parliament yesterday as to comments addressed by magistrates to witnesses, plaintiffs and defendants, during tlio hearing of oases, the Primo Minister stated tlmt a few complaints lia<l been received under this head, but that (ho .Department of Justice had always adopted tho attitude that it could not bold itself responsible for such remarks or comments. In his opinion this attitude was correct. Tho wagon will bo manufactured by the Kawlinsoii Company, and will ho similar to tho one used in Adelaido for the repair of the overhead gear.
