FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications aro for mild and fair weather, but with increasing liazo and cloudiness generally. The barometer has a falling tendency, and moderato to strong northerly and westerly winds will probably prevail. There has been, little movement of the barometer, and moderate northerly anil westerly breezes have predominated. Fair weather has prevailed except in the. northernmost and southernmost districts.
