MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Kiddell, S.M.) ORDINARY POLICE CASES. Tuehu Pomare was charged that, on or about September 7, 1911, 'he stole a. pair of trousers, valued at 305., the property ol Alfred Stollum. Ho was remanded until to-morrow. Geo. Hunter was ordered to contribute <£1 per week towards tho support of his wife. Mabel Coulton was ordered to pay 3s. per week towards the support of her two children, who are in a receiving home. Ada Curry, for disobeying an order of the Court in respect to tho maintenance of her children, was fined 205., in default seven days' imprisonment. Arrears amounting to .£ll Is. were remitted, and the original order was reduced from Bs. to Gs. per week. For using cwtain language Daisy Semilhpg. M'Neil, was fined 10s., or ssven days' detention. Minnie 31'Neil was fined 10s., in default 48 hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness.
