MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

For insobriety, lluby Kirk, alias Prosper, was fined 10s., in default 48 hours, imprisonment. ■ ■ ■ , ■■■ John Johnston was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment for being an - incorrigible rogue, and for not-having lawful moans of support. # John Ferguson, found drunk in Manners Street whilst in charge of a hop and cart, was fined 205., in default sc\en days' imprisonment.
