(Specially written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. Artichoke soup. Irish stow." Potatoes. Cabbage. Stewed rhubarb. Quick sponge pudding. QUICK SPONGE PUDDING. One-quarter pound sugar, 2 eggs, Jib. flour, essence of vanilla, }lb. butter. Butter some small cups. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream. Add the yolks well beaten. Stir in the flour, and then add the stilTly-beaten whites. Put into the buttered cups and bake 20 minutes. FOB TO-MORROW. • Macaroni. Stock. Leg of mutton. Carrots. Turnips. Parsley. Treacle. Suet.
