(Before Jlr. W. G. Eiddell, S.M.) Bruce M'Landcrs, who was brought up on a charge of insobriety, was fined 20s.' in default seven days' imprisonment. For allowing stock to wander penalties ranging from ss. to ,£1 Is. were imposed on the following:—Reginald Wclsby, Wm. Abernethy, John Breeu, Wm. Bell, Walter Hadley, John Hamilton, Sarah Hayden, Michael Kearney, Wm. Lawton, A. F. News, Geo. Robertson, Knox, H. Smith, Chas. Smith, Wm. Walling, and Albert" Wardle. Mr. E. M. Beechey, rcpiesented the City Council and Air. W. If. England the Ivarori Borough Council.
