COMPANY'S ANNUAL MEETING.' (Ej Telegraph— Special Correspondent.) Palmcrston, September 29. Tho annual meeting of tlio Kairauga Dairy Company was held this afternoon, ■when, there was a good attendance of. shareholders, and Mr. C. Collis, chairman of directors, presided. Tho report and balance-sheet were adopted. On tho motion of Mr. J. Kyle a recommendation was passed to the Board of Directors asking them to adopt a different system of testing milk. Messrs. C. Collis and S. R. Lancaster .were re-elected directors, and Mr. G. J. •Scott auditor. A honorarium of JJ2S was voted to tho chairman for tho enming year, and 10s. for each ordinary mwting to each of. tho .directors.
