THE MOANA-VALE ESTATE.

This property, parhculars of which axe advertised m to-days issue, is situated about wne miles from Cambridgc-at hoto-o-rangi—and within one mile of a dairy factory. The total area of the property is 2333 acros. It is mostly ploughable country, and well suited for a'nv land of root or grain crop. Sheep do splendidly, likewiso cattle.
