THE MOANA-VALE ESTATE.

This property, parhculars of which axe advertised m to-days issue, is situated about wne miles from Cambridgc-at hoto-o-rangi—and within one mile of a dairy factory. The total area of the property is 2333 acros. It is mostly ploughable country, and well suited for a'nv land of root or grain crop. Sheep do splendidly, likewiso cattle. Perhaps its greatest value is its dairy country'. It is now being: subdivided into nine farms of from 150 to -450 acres, and it is estimated that each farm will run, when fully developed, from 40 to SO milking cows. It is to be sold under "The I<ui<l Settlement Finance Act, 1900." Each pavs in rash only four per cont. of the purchase prico of his block. The terms are attractive, and, given a good property and a fair price, the opportunity is 0110 well worthy of iconsidrration. The Moana-Vale Estate is certainly good and cheap, and most suitable for the purpose of subdivision as now proposed. Messrs. Griffiths and Son, of Blenheim and Cambridge, are agents in the matter, and suggest that buyers, instead of writing for particulars, should pay them an immediate visit, when tlioy will bo pleased to show tho country. Priccs of blocks vary from Jjt to >£6 10s. per acre.
