TRIPOLITAN TROOPS WELL SUPPLIED. REPORT BY "THE TIMES." (Rec. September 29, 10.45 p.m.) London, September 29. The Paris correspondent of "The Times" states that a report that tho transport Derna brought to Tripoli 20,000 Mauser , rifles and 2,000,009 cartridges has been confirmed. It is believed that there is now an ample supply in Tripoli of arms and ammunition for both tho Turkish' regulars and the native aiixiliarcs. Camels are now transportng tho Derna's munitions to the coast towns.
