Spiers won tho men's prizo—a walking stoick—but thcro wns a tie of throe for the ladies' prize, tho final game being won by Miss 11. Bennett, who rcccived a piirsc-bng. Tho season is to bo opened to-day. KELI3UKKE OPENING PUT OFF. Last night's heavy rain has had a detrimental effect on the Kclburne green, in consequence of which the directors have been compelled to postpone the official opening until Saturday, October 7.
