Half pint of milk, loz. butter, loz. flour, •loz. macaroni, 3oz. cheese, toaspoonful ot mado mustard. Pepper and snlt to uiste. Boil tho macaroni in salted water until Lender, prate tho chcese, melt the butter, stir in t'ho (lour, add tho milk, and stir until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes. Add mustard, pepper, and salt. Grease a piedish, put' ill tlio macaroni, cheese, and salt in alternate layers. Bake in a moderate oven for about' J hour. FOR TO-MORROW. Jelly. Stock. Two Pounds Steak. Pastry. Parsnips. Apples. Batter. , FOR SUNDAY. 'Stock. Hindquarter of Lamb. Mint Sauce* Green Peas. Apricot Jaw. FOR SUrPER. Lobster. Mayonnaise. Gelatine. Fruit.
